I have taken a look at the information about Herman Leonhard Jensen. I believe he is the one listed in The Danish Emigration Archives in 1890:

Herman L. Jensen, age 21, farmhand. Contract no. 601, registed on Feb. 24, 1890. Destination: New York City. Indirect emigration. Last residence: Stenderup, Skanderborg County.

The transcriber has noted that Stenderup is not to be found in the former Skanderborg County. I believe it might be Skanderup instead. I searched the 1880-census of Skanderup at found this family living in the village of Gram, Skanderup Parish, Skanderborg County (The connection is not confirmed):

Jens Carl Hermansen, age 40, married, head of family, Day-Labourer at farms, born in Stilling Parish, Skanderborg County.
Ane Magrethe Frank, age 37, married, wife, born in Skanderborg County.
Herman Jensen, age 11, unmarried, son, born in Skanderup Parish, Skanderborg County.
Ole Frederik Frank Jensen, age 5, unmarried, son, born in Skanderup Parish, Skanderborg County.
Theodor Carl Govert Jensen, age 2, unmarried, son, born in Skanderup Parish, Skanderborg County.

The previous generation is to be found in both the 1840 and the 1850-censuses in the village of Stilling, Stilling Parish, Skanderborg County:

1840:
Herman Jensen, age 33, married, Day-Labourer.
Dorethea Marie Michelsdatter, age 34, married, his wife.
Jens Carl Hermansen, age 1, unmarried, their son.

1850:
Hermand Jensen, age 45, married, Smallholder, Day-Labourer, born in Stilling Parish.
Dorthea Marie Michelsdatter, age 46, married, his wife, born in Kolt Parish, Aarhus County.
Jens Carl Hermandsen, age 11, unmarried, their child, born in Stilling Parish.
Ludvig Hermandsen, age 8, unmarried, their child, born in Stilling Parish.
Frederik Hermandsen, age 5, unmarried, their child, born in Stilling Parish.

I also tried to find further information on the Frank family in Skanderborg County and the Michelsdatter/Michelsen in Kolt Parish, Aarhus County, but with no luck. It will of course be possible to find them with a little archive research.
